At Electric Idols, all orders are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand production partner.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is included in our product pricing unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

All items are made to order. Orders usually go into production shortly after they are placed.

Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for order fulfillment before shipment. Fulfillment times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping time begins only after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or in shipping notifications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier processing, weather, holidays, high order volume, and other conditions outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Posters, framed posters, and other specialty items may ship separately to protect them during transit or because they are fulfilled in different facilities. If your order is split into multiple shipments, each shipment may arrive on a different day.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted for production or shipment.

PO Boxes

We recommend using a physical street address whenever possible.

Some products, including framed prints and larger items, may not be deliverable to PO boxes. If a carrier cannot deliver your order to the address provided, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or canceled.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other events outside our control.

If a package is delayed, please use the tracking information first to check the latest carrier status.

Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

A package may be returned to sender if:
- The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
- Delivery is refused
- The package is unclaimed
- The package is not picked up from a parcel locker or pickup point

If a package is returned to sender, we may offer reshipment once the package has been returned and processed. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us.

If your package still has not arrived after that time, contact us and we will review the shipment status.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your message must include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label

Claims submitted without photo documentation may be denied.
