Return & Refund Policy

At Electric Idols, all products are made to order. Because of that, all sales are final except in the limited situations described below.
No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer Preference
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Accidental orders
- Change of mind
- Wrong item, size, or variant selected at checkout
- Preference-based concerns such as expected texture, finish, or framing style
- Color variation caused by screen settings, lighting, or print variation
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will only review replacement or refund requests if an item arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Materially defective
- Product was not what was ordered
If this happens, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Your request must include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage
Claims submitted without sufficient photo documentation may be denied.
Resolution of Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
A replacement is the preferred remedy when available.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for claims that do not meet the conditions in this policy.
Do Not Return Items Without Authorization
Do not send items back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible.
If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, it will generally be treated as delivered. We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
- Packages stolen after delivery
- Carrier delivery errors after a package is marked delivered
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If an order is returned due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to claim the package
- Refusal of delivery
We may offer reshipment, but additional shipping charges may apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
If you need to request a change, contact us immediately. If production has already started, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Chargebacks and Policy Abuse
By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed for reasons excluded under this policy may be contested with the order record, tracking information, and this published policy.
